The initial consult is no cost to you, and most other services are also no cost. You will be personally connected with a Senior

We’ll help you sort through the daunting number of options for residential care for an older adult who requires assistance with activities of daily living or medical care. Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, Independent Living – which one is the best fit for your loved one? Your personal advisor will help you choose based on current and future care needs, budget, location, and what matters most to your family.


Eldercare Consulting

There are often many moving parts and often you, as a family caregiver and working person, are tasked with many decisions, every day. You can rely on your advisor to cut through the never-ending options, anecdotes, and advice. We’ll help you create a step-by-step plan to navigate the decisions you will face and help you access appropriate and vetted resources.
Senior Care Authority consulting services are available to you at a discounted rate. Learn about community resources, set up in home care, have assistance with getting your loved one to medical appointments, evaluate your insurance, long distance caregiving issues, and more…


Beyond Driving with Dignity

A facilitated self -assessment program, developed to help bring a peaceful resolution to the complex and sensitive senior driving issue. This session offers relief to families as they face the challenging issue of an older loved one’s diminishing driving skills. We offer assistance and support to older drivers as they face the emotional issue of driving retirement. The fee for this program includes an intake call, the 2-3 hour “kitchen table” style gentle self-assessment session and a detailed, written summary report.

Estate Planning and Elder Law

Matthew D. Deliberato was born and raised in Garfield Heights, OH. He attended St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland and was graduated from the Loyola University, Chicago. He began his professional career as a fourth generation Funeral Director with his parents at the Golubski Deliberato Funeral Home. After one short year, he returned to school at the Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He started the firm in 1999.

Matthew’s practice is focused on estate planning that incorporates wills, trusts, powers of attorney for administration and healthcare to protect the assets of an individual that have been earned over a lifetime. His elder law practice counsels clients on how to plan for nursing home care and how to establish successful Medicaid planning strategies.

As a devoted member of his community, he has served as a Governor appointed Board Member for the Garfield Heights Financial Oversight Committee, as Treasurer of St. Therese/SS. Peter and Paul Federal Credit Union, as a Board Member on the Garfield Heights Chamber of Commerce, and is a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Matt is currently serving as a Board Member of the Marymount Childcare Center, and a member of the Northeast Ohio Planned Giving Commission of the American Cancer Society.

Mary Molnar, CSA, OTR/L, CDP

Mary Molnar is an occupational therapist (OT) in addition to her role as co-owner of Senior Care Authority-Greater Cleveland. Through her experience working with older adults as an OT in the community, in seniors’ own homes and in the acute hospital setting Mary sees first-hand the struggles many older adults face on a daily basis. Mary’s familiarity and knowledge of local senior communities and institutional facilities as well as her expertise in the physical, psychosocial and environmental needs of aging individuals are invaluable assets when matching a senior with the most appropriate senior living community or as a trusted eldercare advisor if moving is not the immediate or most appropriate option.  

Mary has experienced first-hand the time consuming and overwhelming challenges of helping older family members navigate health and housing changes. Mary has a passion for helping others and for advocating on behalf of those who are unable, oftentimes due to lack of knowledge, to do so for themselves. Mary is committed to lifelong learning. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and is working toward an Aging Life Care Specialist designations as well as a specialty in OT home modifications. Mary is actively involved in her church and community and enjoys time with family, friends and in the outdoors.

Mark Molnar

Mark Molnar brings a wealth of experience to Senior Care Authority including over 15 years of managing relationships and investments with leading Wall Street firms as well as leadership positions with middle market companies. He has owned and operated several successful businesses in a variety of industries from urban education to corporate purchasing before focusing his efforts on the senior market. Mark most recently served as the CFO at Corporate United.  

After the sale of Corporate United in 2017, Mark was looking for an opportunity to use his business experience to help individuals on a more personal level. His own experience working though the challenges of supporting his aging parents with little help or advocacy led him to believe there was an opportunity to help others navigate this journey. His experience coupled with Mary’s passion to improve the lives of seniors allows the team to provide a broad perspective on senior-life decisions.

Sandra Samay, COTA/L, BDD

Sandra is an Occupational Therapy Assistant and Manager of Operations at Senior Care Authority with a long history of working with the aged population. Prior to becoming a therapy assistant, she worked with the Department of Job and Family Services as a case manager and worked as a private duty caregiver and office manager for a local Homecare Agency where she gained valuable insight of the senior population and their day to day barriers to maintaining their independence and aging with dignity.  

Sandra has been a caregiver and advocate both personally and professionally. Her background and experience in homecare, skilled nursing and assisted living provides a unique perspective. She has witnessed clients, patients and their families struggle with the decision to age in place or transition to a safe, secure location where additional care is provided. Her goal is to advocate and reassure seniors and their families through the process and assist with a smooth transition.  

When Sandra isn’t working, she enjoys hiking and kayaking. She makes her home in Strongsville with her husband Rob, their 3 children and 2 fur babies Pippa and Penelope. She also enjoys gardening with the goal of attracting various Ohio birds. Her family looks forward to their yearly vacation to beautiful Cherry Grove South Carolina.

Diane Strunak

Diane Strunak has been an advocate for Seniors for most of her adult life. She has assisted with hands-on care and seeking solutions for aging grandparents, aunts/uncles, and most recently for an aging parent.   Diane has been a part of the senior living industry since 2008 and has held leadership positions at both the community and regional level. Her experiences with some of the largest regional and national senior living companies brings vast knowledge of the options available to families to the Senior Care Authority Team. Diane is experienced at not only finding the best care solutions for families but also with navigating through the process of the VA benefits, Long Term Care insurance claims and more.  Prior to senior living, Diane worked in banking/mortgage lending at Citigroup/CitiMortgage, which has provided knowledge and experience with other senior living funding resources such as reverse mortgages and/or bridge loans.    Diane was born/raised in Parma Heights and attended Notre Dame College. She has been married for 30+ years, enjoys visiting small towns and breweries throughout Ohio and spending time with her 3 adult children, grandson and 2 rescue pups!  

Julie Mennen

Julie draws on her broad experiences to help serve both families and senior living communities across northeast Ohio. She uses her skillset to support all aspects of the business from client service to technology to touring and placement.

Julie began her career at Keybank supporting the Human Resources function which included recruiting and onboarding of new employees. She later worked as a Real Estate Agent with Howard Hanna helping prospective clients’ find their perfect home----experience that is extremely helpful when searching through the multitude of senior living options. Most recently, Julie was the general manager of a successful restaurant and responsible for all aspect of the business including hiring, procurement, scheduling, finances, etc. In addition to her broad professional experience, she has worked through the various aspects of caring for aging loved ones in her immediate and extended family.  

Julie lives in Cleveland’s West Park Neighborhood with her husband and three daughters. They enjoyed watching and participating in sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Tiffany Morgan

Tiffany Morgan comes to Senior Care Authority with years of Senior Caring Experience both personally and professionally. Tiffany was the primary caregiver for both parents for many years and learned much about the industry firsthand. During this time, she was also educated on Veteran Benefits by the VA Medical Center as well as the Veteran Service Commission.

More than 20 years working with hospitals in various roles, she developed a comfort level working with healthcare professionals. This led her to the Senior industry 6 years ago. She works with Geriatric physicians, nurses, case managers and social workers, assisting them with their senior patients and families when the senior's health and well-being require more care.

Tiffany has a vast knowledge of the local senior communities, their care levels, reputation and more. She knows who can and will care for senior loved ones through the end of life. No one likes to move so why move parents more than once?

Tiffany lives with her husband of 28 years, their two college students, and two furry kids- Brody and Boomer. We enjoy scuba diving when vacationing and anything outdoors in NEO.

Mike Nelson

Mike Nelson joins Senior Care Authority with 17 years experience assisting families and professionals as they navigate lifestyle options for their loved ones or patients. Mike began his career in senior living prior to attending college at the University of Saint Francis in Joliet, IL and has continued to work with seniors since 2006.  He started out in dining services before moving into sales and marketing positions with leading national senior living providers (Brookdale & Life Care Centers of America).  He has served seniors and families in Chicago and Colorado before moving to Northeast Ohio in 2016. 

Mike is re-joining the industry after taking time off to be a caregiver for a family member.  His enthusiasm, knowledge, and compassion for serving others allows him to be both an efficient and caring partner to families and healthcare professionals alike.

Kristen Murphy

Kristen Murphey comes to Senior Care Authority with years of experience helping seniors navigate the world of healthcare. Kristen started her career as a social worker in long term care as well as being a crisis intervention counselor and an Alzheimer’s and dementia educator. She continues to provide services to seniors through the lens and compassion of a social worker.

Kristen was inspired to help the elderly after her experiences with her own family members. She realized that navigating through all the senior options available could be overwhelming and wanted to be someone trustworthy to help others through the process. She has a vast knowledge of resources that are available to seniors and is passionate about using that knowledge to support others.
